To comply with the regulatory requirements of the profession in Germany, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP and the lawyers in our Munich office are covered by an additional professional indemnity insurance policy provided by R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Niedersachsenring 13, 30163 Hannover, Germany, insurance policy number (01 899616 0000 / 62 - 0000), for our activity in Germany.

However, members of the legal profession are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings brought before a consumer dispute resolution body.
